01 Your Compressor
Start with where the valve will be installed: manufacturer, model, stage or cylinder and the existing valve arrangement, plus any drawings and measurements.
What to Send
Provide the information available, and we will identify any additional data needed.
- Compressor manufacturer, model, stage and cylinder information; add bore and stroke when available
- Suction and discharge valve locations, valve-pocket dimensions, installation and sealing interfaces
- Existing valve model, construction, materials, failed-part photographs, drawings or maintenance records
What We Check
We check the machine records against the existing valve: stage, valve position, dimensions, drawing revision and any measurements. Please mark which figures come from the nameplate, drawings or field measurement, and which are assumed.
After This Step
You will have the interface details we need and a list of what is still missing.
Next
Add stage suction and discharge pressures, temperature, speed, flow, lubrication and actual operating state in Step 02.
